    Jays don’t have a choice but to overpay for Chapman. They have no options to replace him and no assets to trade for anyone comparable. It’s hard to believe Boras doesn’t allow him to explore Free Agency though. I think the Yankees sign him if he does.

    Bedard to the Coyotes seems very scripted. That alone might secure the Tempe arena. And when Auston Matthews joins him a couple years later and Matthew Knies 5 years from now. Hockey in Arizona will be saved.

    Believe it or not the last complete 9 inning game from a Jays starter was Marcus Stroman. Ryu did it in a 7 inning game.

    Blue Jays gotta make sure Bo never wears another uniform as soon as possible. They can take more time with Vladdy because he’s already expressed a desire to stay forever. And he also plays 1B which limits his value.
