    Holy hyperbole Batman! No GM should be fired for one trade. Only their body of work. I would obviously prefer if this trade wasn’t a complete train wreck. But if people are going to use a Nick Frasso bad small sample as any kind of point. You can’t use a Mitch White small good example to say hes been good. Pretty large sample last year and in the minors that he f***ing sucks. And hes been used in the lowest of leverage situations.

    5 or 6 innings with show of improved command. And less than 4 runs is my only expectation. If he gets shelled or starts walking the ballpark and gets pulled early its a failure on the organization.

    His stuff is elite. At the worst he's going to pitch in the back end of bullpen. Mitch White is still absolutely dog s*** by every measure imaginable.

    There has been clear signs of very good progression. If you throw out April he’s having an incredible season.

    I have watched that play by Springer several times now. He clearly missed the ball in fair territory and just simply decided to not field it right away? That was extremely bizarre. There’s zero reason he should have thought that was foul. It wasn’t even on the line. It got plenty of the field. Luckily it didn’t cost us.

    Swanson again ? His arm looked dead the last couple times out. Feel hes been extremely over worked. Might have just stuck with Pearson.

    Like I hate being negative. I really don’t enjoy it. It’s hard to imagine a lightbulb is going to go off and all these under performing players are just gonna start hitting. At the most I can see more power being tapped into at the trade off of more strikeouts. The current message appears to be keep the ball Center and the opposite field. Have long battle at-bats focused on contact.

    If this goes poorly I think you have to dismiss Atkins right away. Like this seems like an awful decision that unless he pitches well won't end well for a lot of people.

    Team really is in no position to revolt. They haven’t shown any reason to invest in them further. It was a massive disappointment would prefer to take a step back and recoup some prospect capital. And re-engage in the off-seson. I don’t think there’s a clear fix available to fix everything this team struggles with.
