I mean I am not the biggest Tim Anderson fan but I would love to see him over Espinal. But I don't think the Jays should give up a lot for him... He makes a s*** load of sense now though.

No he's played the entire year in Double-A. He's already on the 40-man. He is the best "SS" in the organization.

Ernie Clement would be the likely SS. Unless they wanted to go all the way to Double-A to grab Leo Jimenez he's a Major League SS defensively. But obviously his bat wouldn't be there. Honestly he might be better hitter than Espinal it wouldn't really be a huge bench mark to overcome.

If he tore is ACL he's not walking off the field and putting pressure on it.
