    I don't agree. Could have called off Cease and Cease could have looked directly at home to see if the runner tries to break. I don't think that runner was going home as soon as Vladdy got the ball where he did.

    I mean yes he can't drop the ball. But feels like Vladdy could have ran to first in that situation. Its always a more difficult play to try to hit a moving defender.

    Cease will dominate hitters the vast majority of time but simple mistakes and control usually cost him runs and lot of pitches.

    I don't understand why Vladdy didn't just run to first base himself after freezing the runner

    There's genuinely nothing wrong with being upset about losing a series to the Rockies. Games in March and April count the same as they do in September. When your tight race down the strech. You remember lost games like this.

    Fluharty has a knack for pitching this team out of some s***** situations. Now would be a good time to wake up and realize losing 2 out 3 to the Rockies would be brutal.
