    Finally showing some Homerun pop. It’s been brutal so far. Teams are lapping our homerun totals x2 Also can we get Byron Buxton in a Blue Jays uniform yesterday. Dude murders us and he’s withering away on the Twins for no reason. Literally perfect fit here on a team friendly contract.

    Happy for the Raptors. The expectations was for them to be swept. Now forcing a Game 7. Very happy for them. Also Varland in this game Is absolutely fine. You need to win. They are only up 4.

    They are wearing the sexy road greys so ofcourse they are winning and Okamoto is playing like a star.

    Well it seems like they were settled on Okamoto being the bat replacement for Bichette after the markets for everyone else exploded to levels they should have never been signed to. But that was a lot of expectations to put Okamoto to replace Bichette in the lineup. He has shown flashes he could be a good hitter for us for the next four years. I don't know if he's going to be the .800+ OPS bat we need in the middle of the lineup. But so far Bichette hasn't been that for the Mets either so who knows. Even if Okamoto does start playing better they still need a bat in my opinion.

    I still think they need a legit bat before they can really get back to where they need to be. And obviously health has been a major factor so far in a variety of areas. But even fully healthy I think adding someone with some legit pop is going to be needed. Looking around the league a team like the Nationals have 2 hitters with 9 Homeruns. Are leader has 5 and his OPS is under .700. It’s only May but it’s fairly concerning.

    I don't understand why the Twins demolish our pitching staff. They have a terrible Lineup.

    Well that explains why nobody is at the Twins game. Both the TImberwolves and Wild are hosting playoff games tonight.

    Not Blue Jays related but I know we have some NBA fans here. Did anyone take a look at the score of the Knicks vs Hawks game. It's some how 83-36 Knicks at half time in a Game 6 in Atlanta. It was 72-22 at one point. I could not believe my eyes.

    I will never understand why Eloy was called up before him. But glad he's the one that stuck around.

    The road camera crew is always atrocious.

    After they put such an emphasis on Outfield defense. i was kinda shocked when they were fine with Sanchez just floating around RF and LF. Hasn't really cost us much yet though.

    This guy needs to calm down a bit. He way to out of shape to be getting that worked up.

    All things considered. Missing this many regulars and half of our rotation for most of April only being 2 games under .500 isn't terrible. It looked for awhile like the losing was going to snowball on them like it has for the Phillies and Red Sox for example. But they are staying the course for the most part and their is a s*** load of talent that could be added to this team next month.
