  1. Those team dinners and pre game spreads. They basically have everything you could ever want.
  2. And that's exactly right. The Human body is pretty simple. Burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight. It doesn't matter what you eat. It's how much of it that you eat. You could lose weight eating McDonalds cheese burgers everyday. It's not the best option but just to give a silly example.
  3. Considering the ball was in the air. His first reaction should have been to freeze. I think he was also surprised the defender didn't catch the ball. Maybe more focused on the bat but made no effort to charge it and play it an awkward bounce and tried to turn 2 in nothing burger situation. Very weird play.
  4. I watched the replay the runner (Barger) wasn't even half way home when he fielded the ball. If he had thrown home Barger probably tries to retreat to third he would have been that out at home.
  5. Only if you mix it in with a lot of resistance training otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. Carbs are important source of energy. They fuel those workouts. Just stay away from added sugars and over consumption and you will be fine.
  6. That might be the dumbest defensive play I have seen this year. First of all he probably should have caught that ball. Second how do you not throw home when the runner is dead to rights. I will take it. Whatever made it 5-0 sign me up.
  7. That would be the worst diet for him to go on. You want him to be skinny fat?
  8. Garcia running into some bad luck. I would like to think he will be big down the strech. The good thing about his injury is he shouldn’t have to stop throwing. Obviously his injury will keep him off the mound but flat ground should be fine,
  9. If I’m Chris Bassist. Nights like this I’m targeting my first complete game of the Season.
  10. 53-38. Dare to dream the Blue Jays could be 20 games over .500 going into the All-Star break if they take care of business.
  11. It really is a fun problem. Remember when nobody would homer for a week straight. I try not to. But those nightmares still exist for me.
  12. Good news is we will have another fresh reliever tomorrow. Pina’s gone.
  13. 9 in a row so you can’t be that upset. But Hoffman having to warm up is cringe.
  14. Its his fault because Berrios could have easily thrown another 2 innings at the minimum.
  15. He would wake up Jeff Hoffman to go get it for him.
  16. No Chad…. Hoffman is getting up for sure.
  17. Nothing good happens when John Scheneider pulls Berrios early. Let this be the final lesson.
  18. Run differential man. Come on Pina. We need the playgatoth theorem too love us : (
  19. Pulling Berrios early is not working out.
  20. Pina you had one job. Well he’s down after tonight regardless.
  21. Is that even his name. Isn’t it Joey lol . Whoever he is. He’s provided a nice spark. Been very mid in AAA.
  22. Yes it is the new polite way of saying it.
  23. Now this is what you do with teams like the White Sox. Keep pouring it on.
