    Really doubt he would work for Loria. Apparently the Dodgers offered him a pretty significant position. My bet is he takes that and waits until a job he wants opens up. Would probably be very good for him to work in that organization briefly as well.

    Would have been nice to go to 150-160 but we can live at 140. No reason why we can't add enough pitching to win the division again.

    Rebuilding would be absolutely moronic. You just got the fans back and your going to blow it up. That was destroy Baseball in this city absolutely crush it. Our window is large enough to win that we should be able to replenish the farm system to the point where were in not in trouble. If this is really the plan I can't support this at all. It makes zero sense. You cannot waste this lineup.

    Hire a young sabermetrics protege and go get Dave Martinez as manager and I will be thrilled.

    I will miss AA personally. I don't like Gibbons at all but AA has put elite controllable talent at most of our positions. I really was happy with what he has done for the most part. The Indians and Mets trades were bad but other than that hes been pretty solid. I like his approach of going after top talent instead of just trying to fill a position. Not a lot of GM's are that bold. Alex went out and got Donaldson and most of the league didn't even know he was available.

    I thought the Mark Lowe trade was pretty bad especially how sparingly he was used.

    Well they are going to need to break the lease eventually because they are being pushed to build a new stadium. It was just announced earlier in the week that the organization had gained permission to view other parts of Florida for a new stadium location. It won't be long until its other markets completely. Obviously the one way Montreal gets a team if there is a promise of a new stadium. I think its going to happen and sooner rather than later.

    J.P. tenure was a disaster. He also stated he would prefer to draft college players because they got to the big leagues quicker. Ignoring the fact that they probably had lower ceilings and started a string of a talentless farm system for several seasons.
