  1. I disagree. You're heavily sleeping on Foley. He's got loads of swing and miss stuff. His walk rate looks decent this year as well.
  2. Agreed. Enough of those high K, low BB guys. High K guys in general seem more prone to bust, but that's an awful combo.
  3. Sourced straight from the deep windy channels of his *******.
  4. Don't sleep on SRF as well. He has the best swing & miss stuff in the org and has limited his walks a lot this season. He could be the best of the bunch.
  5. Read that the Jays placed Estrada on the 10 day DL. Maybe it's Foley's time to shine?
  6. He still doesn't have too bad of a BB-rate all things considered. It's in the low 3's, and before this start was in the 2's.
  7. Can't wait to see Foley up here eventually. Finally, we have developed a starter who generate a lot of swing and miss. Stroman used to be that until he fell in love with the sinker.
  8. I feel like Stroman desperately needs a new pitching coach and a better tool system, like they have in Houston, to properly reach his potential. Stroman should be k'ing more than a batter per inning with his stuff, he's just not getting the correct advice, or it's just not getting explained to him effectively.
  9. I think promoted Bo and keeping him together with Vlad is a good idea. They have a great chemistry and Shatkins seem to have been doing that since Lansing.
  10. Fantastic. Let's hope Bo and Biggio get promoted at the same time.
  11. Final line: 4.1 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 7 K A junkballer came in, walked a guy, and gave up a GS to inflate Eric's line..
  12. Pardinho pitching tonight. Hope he K's the world just like his last start!
  13. I believe so. He's got a nice CU, along with a SL, CV and great 4SM.
  14. Foley looks really good. Can't wait to see him up here once Happ is traded.
  15. Uh oh.. You typed the magical word "re-evaluated"; better pull out our umbrellas, a wet blanket will be dropping from the sky any time now.
  16. SRF is starting again tonight. Looking forward to seeing another high K performance.
  17. Biggio and Bichette are on huge ruts .
  18. Soon to be clotheslined by a rail
  19. Pardinho is 5'10 so he's got 2 inches on Stro. Pedro was only 5'11 btw.
  20. Would rather hold on to Pearson and try to get Frazier from the Yanks for Happ, Tepera, and Oh, or something to that affect.
  21. Correct. Pardinho is 46 strikes out of 68 pitches.
  22. Now: 5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 9 K
  23. I know he's only a few years into his professional baseball career, but at some point you need consistent results, and he's looked pretty awful this season with that k-rate.
