  1. Lol nice try.
  2. I wonder if there's a correlation between him dumping her and his performance increasing exponentially after? She seems like a bit of a poisonous person just by all these dramatic tweets alone.
  3. https://www.tsn.ca/radio/toronto-1050/law-blue-jays-do-not-have-a-top-10-farm-system-1.1167959 Keith Law is arrogantly boasting that Toronto doesn't have a top 10 farm, and thinks people are nuts to rate it that high. Could this tool not be any more of a clown? Is our system, not, objectively top 4-5?
  4. To be honest, though, Foley has always had far better control/command than Sanchez, so it's not really the same. Outside of 100 innings in 2015, Foley had always had a BB/9 at =< 4. Sanchez, though, averaged a BB/9 of 5 throughout his minors career.
  5. I disagree. Sanchez never had this type of swing and miss stuff, even at his greatest. He also had/has, arguably, worse command.
  6. This is the guy that was getting #2 SP ceiling hype from publications in 2016, before last season lowered his prospect status.
  7. I'd like to actually to filter for SRF starts with Jansen to actually see if it's factual beyond the eye test. I wish there was an easy way to do it.
  8. Isn't that, more or less, where it's ranked externally?
  9. In the majors, I'm guessing his would be in the 5's or lower. I just don't see many successful SPs in the majors with K/9 that low? https://www.fangraphs.com/leaders.aspx?pos=all&stats=pit&lg=all&qual=y&type=8&season=2018&month=0&season1=2018&ind=0&team=0&rost=0&age=0&filter=&players=0&sort=9,a
  10. And Zeuch has a terrible K/9 of 6.08 in AA. What's he going to have in the majors? 4.5?
  11. If that's actually the return, it deserves to get torn to shreds.
  12. Agreed.
  13. If we could fix the launch angle, hmm..
  14. Hope it's OK. Would rather a low A stud instead of AAAA type plugs. That is, if that's even possible as a return.
  15. Bo had himself another nice game: 3/4, BB
  16. Hmmm. This sounds terrible. Sounds like it may not be a good look for Atkins/Shapiro once he does open up.
  17. He seems like a real curmudgeon, same with Kiley.
  18. One would think Pearson for sure. I'd guess maybe Alford, Paulino, and Perez as well.
  19. Not sure why I bother, but Bo is 20yrs in AA and putting up a 119 wRC+, with 32 SB (76% SB/CS), and, by most accounts, much improved SS Def. I wouldn't call that mediocre, by any means, just because Vlad is a phenom.
  20. He was HBP and PR for after that. Could just be a conservative measure?
  21. Anyone heard anything on Foley? He was sent down last Monday, but hasn't started in Buffalo yet, 7 days later. Maybe they are giving him the full 10 days to work on things before making getting called up to make his next start? Not sure.
  22. Hopefully we're trying to trade him now.
  23. Thanks for the update. Sounds like there's tons of promise, and swing and miss, but control, let alone, command, is real inconsistent. Kind of the usual issues that seem to plague Foley. Hope, we can work out magic on him in the off-season.
  24. I think he was 10th lol, so quite a bit down from that. Of be more than happy with a #3/4 ceiling for him. I'll hang my hat Pardinho and Pearson as our hopeful elite pitching prospects.
  25. Read that Foley had 6 K's through 4.1 IP, how did his stuff look?
