well when the whole AA debacle happened, i cancelled my season tickets. and wrote about that decision numerous times. Did i stop being a jays fan, sure not, but boy do i feel happy they not taking my money for that s*** show. My frustration is enough of a price to pay

or maybe the batters get an emotional boast of berrios s***ing down his ex team and wake the f up. instead of being deflated and approach each at bat as a closer moment to going on vacation. Sports are built on emotions, why a fight or a big hit in hockey can change momentum, why a huge block or a spectacular dunk can change a basketball game. You know maybe kikuchi goes in and K's the side and offence gets a left, though we know he did not and his 2 runs allowed sure deflated the team

Maybe sports people dont, maybe you and I dont, but for a public company, such negative publicity is not what they want when they spend as much as they do and get nothing in return.

Agree i dont see that at all. either resign, or be fired so he get paid, but no way he stays there after what happened. I am sure Rogers ego not enjoying being the mockery of baseball. That is why i am convinced someone is getting fired.

You are also underestimating emotions , the team batters included got deflated after that move. Had it work, ok, but they gave up two runs and the balloon was gone. I am not saying the offense is not as guilty, but the flow of the game matters, why in hockey a fight, or a big hit can change a course of a game

We had AA, arguably the best GM in baseball, and we let him go cause of what? pure arrogance and complex of inferiority of a new team president. And to think back in the day, this was the best run team in baseball.
