    Unfortunately there was also a Bluejays pitcher (Ivan Gonzalez) in the DSL that got busted for Stanozolol. He received a 60 game suspension

    That contract won't age well. But they had little choice. Huberdeau walking wasn't an option for them. They'd be a laughing stock.

    I would. But that would be a nice surprise.

    If he did everything he "needed" to do, he'd be cleared to come here and play. He has chosen, as is his right, to not do everything asked of him. Whether you or I think what's being asked is reasonable is a different conversation, and one we can't have here. But the fact is, there is a restriction on him coming to Canada to play because he failed to so something that will allow him to play here

    C It was fine. Nothing special. The pen is better and has more depth. Starting rotation has a little more depth...Merrifield? Not sure how that's going to work out given the Vax situation. Our depth has improved, but I see no high end game changing talent there. So, what we've added is fine, but I'm not sure how much the needle has moved. I'm not unreasonable though. I will watch and allow for my opinion to be changed.
