  1. We need to give Shatkins 3 years to restock the farm with their own guys before we can really get a better idea of how it's looking. I want to write them off right now but that wouldn't be fair or the right thing to do.

Ya ya ya... Pens won. Phil won. I'm over it. Let's get this draft going. 12 picks for the Leafs. 5 in the Top 61 I believe.
  3. I liked the first two Hunger Games movies. Wasn't a big fan of the last 2. Money grab by stretching it into 2 movies ruined that final chapter.
  4. I like that we have a Diamond...as well as a guy named Gold that we just drafted.
  5. No. It wasn't horrendous...but it wasn't filled with as much high ceiling, early on, as I'd like to see.
  6. It might be Keith Law but I'm not a huge fan of our draft either. Hope I'm wrong.
  7. Diamond in the rough?

    Leafs pick will be #30.
  9. That's Gold, Jerry..... Gold!!
  10. Pfft. And you guys wanted to draft Burdi.
  11. But that's exactly what they are though.
  12. The top guys don't usually sign within the first day or two. Give it time.
  13. SRF pitching to contact today.
  14. http://www.baynews9.com/content/news/baynews9/sports/article.html/content/news/articles/bhsn/2016/6/10/former_edgewater_out.html "Woodman will begin his journey Monday in Dunedin before going to either Vancouver or West Virginia for summer ball." Do you see that as 'He's signing'?
  15. I think Biagini is generally solid, but i don't think he's as lights out as many believe.
  16. Rub some dirt on it and walk it off.
  17. Used to be 50, but they changed it a couple of years back. I think you could keep drafting even beyond that it though wanted, even after everyone else went home already. Not sure if you can still keep drafting anymore.

They were slower. Much slower. The athletes weren't nearly as physically fit back then... And games weren't coached to death, where every little move was analyzed, and reanalyzed, and planned to the nth degree. It was way more instinctual... Thus, way more mistakes were made, creating way more scoring opportunities.
  19. Urena have a Pillar chin?
  20. Unless I'm mistaken, St. Louis had a first plus a couple of high comp picks this year so they have flexibility in terms of creating cap space in order to sign Perez. I'm sure his price tag hasn't come down that much.
