  1. Of course it's related. Chalk lines have everything to do with success. Everyone knows that!
  2. He absolutely can be. But once in a while he drops a gem.
  3. Grilli looks like he can f***ing double fist like a champ.
  4. So those guys would result in 15 more wins than whoever replaces them? I think you need to step back and think again.
  5. It doesn't matter how rich your owner is if said owner refuses to have an unlimited budget. I'm not saying they should just spend wildly on anything and everything that moves...but your argument doesn't work. This team does have payroll parameters, whether you like it or not...and contracts need to fit within that framework.
  6. It was a very nice start... But notice how 'start' isn't plural.
  7. I'd look to bring EE back under the right term. I'd bring Bats back but a 1 + an option kind of deal. If not, let him go and find another corner outfield replacement with more sound defence. Saunders can take a walk... Unless he comes back on the cheap. Ideally, if Bats comes back he's your DH and you find 2 other bodies for the corner outfield spots.
  8. That's just silly. They need to suck each other's dicks. Let's be realistic.
  9. What's this losing talk? The only question that should be asked is which team do you want to suffer a loss at the hands of the Blue Jays?
  10. Or he's too vacant to even get it.
  11. Agreed. It would actually be pretty satisfying to knock Boston out.
  12. I think matchups don't matter as much when you have a lights out pen... I'm not sure we're there. Regardless, I like our chances against either team if our offence keeps it going.
  13. Another blank cheque thread?
  14. Donaldson. Eddie was just as good at the plate but Donaldson's defense was the difference maker.
  15. Jays can beat Boston. Neither team will be easy, but they can certainly beat either.
  16. Doesn't Cleveland have a s*** load of switch hitters which might make some matchup nightmares for our pen?
  17. You challenge and hope that someone in New York is on the take. I have no problem with him trying... They had nothing to lose. It's not like they had any other option. The right call was made and that's all that matters.
  18. Can you imagine a Bautista walk off here?
  19. Come on, Sanchez. It's not too late for you to settle it down and mow through a couple of innings.
  20. This is the worst pitch tracker I've ever seen.
  21. It's not 2015 anymore. He's clearly not close to being the same... Not even remotely close.
  22. He was. In the 7th inning. The deeper into the game he went in, the more likely he was to struggle it seemed.
