I think the outfield won't provide much. I'm not big on the middle infield...and I don't think Martin or Morales are going to get better.

Some of you sound like gamblers in Vegas trying to convince yourselves that all you need is a couple of hands to break your way and you're right back in it re: Blue Jays. The lineup is bad. Could you get career years and some overperforming? Sure. But any s*** team could say the same thing. I hardly think it's likely for this lineup to do anything of substance. I hope to Hades I'm wrong about this and I'm just not seeing it yet....cause I really don't see what some of you are seeing.

Stroman is a very good pitcher, but a horribly unlikable human. Everyone knows this. Get with the program. -
It's possible... But until I see it play out that way I'll be a little concerned. Hopefully the energy level of our bench will be too much to handle.

The only thing that worries me is how they'll do when other teams shorten their benches in the playoffs and starters start going 40+ minutes...and that bench advantage is diminished.

Everyone hates Morales so much right now I'm thinking he'll probably have a nice bounce back season just to troll his biggest critics. How many times have we gone into a season thinking the offence is strong and the pitching is weak only for the opposite to play out... Or vice versa. Look at Smoak last year and how it worked out. As Luke said, "this isn't going to go the way you think."

Asset hoarding is what makes some believe that this team has a legitimate playoff chance. Problem is, too many are ignoring the fact that the assets (especially the starting 9) are just not that good as a whole.

Leafs have been getting zero bounces lately. Andersen had not been lights off lately. They have not been sharp. They better not let this fester to much longer. Need to turn it around and head into the playoffs peaking.
