  1. Cleveland's streak ends today: let's go Blue Jays!
  2. Ok Gibby. Are you going to pull Stroman now or keep waiting? Edit: never mind. f*** me Gibby.
  3. Bob Davidson? Get ready for lots of this:
  4. Tillman at 50 pitches in the 2nd!
  5. This pitch to contact is working out really well. Just not for us it seems.
  6. Wow. I mean...wow. I've got no words.
  7. What did Zaun say? I'm on mlb.tv right now watching the Indians vs Chicago.
  8. Fair enough. Look don't get me wrong, I'm not on some sort of anti-Tulo crusade here. I like him as a player and I am still hopeful he can approach being the player he was for a decade with Colorado, but I haven't seen it yet. And as stupid as this sounds, it didn't feel like our batting got sorted out until he came out of the lineup and I hate myself for even saying/thinking that.
  9. Going by this, yes he was just 1.4 WAR for us: http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/t/tulowtr01.shtml I take your point about small sample size though.
  10. I'd like to believe this, I truly would, and I really do like Tulowitzki. There are a number of worrying signs here though; this season he is at 0 WAR, inc. -7.6 off and just 1.4 def. Last season for the Jays he was just 1.4 WAR and after nearly 400 combined plate appearances for the Jays to go by now, he's hitting just .212. I desperately want him to go back to being the player he was, but I have real concerns given his history of injuries and his apparent inability to pick up on certain pitches.
  11. f*** that hurt. Closer struggling, bases juiced, EE on deck and the reigning MVP batting with one out. Would have backed our chances on another day. Still, there's always tomorrow.
  12. Either that or the start of another riot. Too soon? Hands up, don't hit another home run? I'll let myself out.
  13. Elegant slide by the MVP (lol), but hell yeah baby!
  14. What a winning play by Barney; no runs come in to score, Machado looks like a loser, Schowalter burns his review....nice things can happen to TO teams!
  15. Oh f*** yeah! If this holds up, that is f***ing awesome!
  16. The question is can we score enough touchdowns without having to resort to field goals? I remember the 15-14 ws game 4 against the Phillies very well; that was nuts.
  17. Whew. Thank f***; that could have been a lot worse. Now let's tee off on Wright again!
