    Jesus but Justin Smoak is 1-6 with 2 of those walks. Its certainly not fair to combine those two's numbers. With the way Justin Smoak hit in the spring he should have started tonight. Than Colabello hits for Saunders and Barney for Goins.

    So I have defended and given him a lot of slack. Tonight I will say I am getting very frustrated with John Gibbons decisions. Justin Smoak should have been playing at first base. Brett Cecil should not have come in to face Chase Headley and Starling Castro. Sanchez should come back out, or Jesse Chavez should face Headley and Castro.If Smoak starts at first, you bring in Colabello to hit for Saunders and Barney to hit for Goins in the ninth. I don't ever want to see Eric Wedge near the playing field, but I would love to see Sandy Alomar Jr. managing this team. Can I change my vote?!

    I heard real baseball is like fantasy baseball. You should make roster moves, cutting and adding players at the end of each one week period. Maybe we can get Jon Villar from the Brews for Tulo straight up. What does that have to do with the Yankees/Jays pitching match ups anyway?

    Brian Burke got fired because in the first meeting with all of Bell's corporate big wigs, he told them he would not answer to anyone and to Go FY. They planned to keep him, but he was so indignant; they decided to fire him. I know this because I know someone who was sitting in that room.

    I think the Leafs should pull a Dodgers and trade for Datsyuk's final year of his contract. Take the salary and cap hit and acquire a couple assets (one draft pick and one or two prospects) for taking on the contract.

    DJ Davis and Richard Urena off to good starts. Brady Dragmire with a good appearance. Christian Lopes had a pretty big night.

    Try second guessing, knowing the facts. Its just like Storen wasn't available the other night. We have lost because the pitchers haven't executed and the batters have stranded too many runners. The manager cannot control this.
