I cant see how these bullpen issues are going to be corrected. Even if, lets assume both Norris and Sanchez work out. We still have given up so many games, This bullpen is 2-3 relievers short, I don't know what kind of wierd number Jfas uses to call this a good bullpen. I think its just confirmation bias.

there were other ways to improve the bullpen he could have given Navarro away for salary relief and used the money instead to sign a reliever.
