    Here are the FA relievers: http://www.spotrac.com/mlb/free-agents/relief-pitcher/ Bastardo (10.05 K/9 and consistently above 10 K/9 since 2010) and Madson seem like solid options. And ffs, I see Hendriks had 1.5 fWAR, good enough for 17th in baseball among relievers and of course his post-season usage was near nil.

    My anger with him goes far beyond last night's antics.

    He really wasn't too bad in the post-season overall. I'd like to see him as part of a package to get traded. The point is, Shapiro is so much more of a baseball mind than Beeston ever was. If you think that's going to tear the franchise down instead of building it, you've got another thing coming. Avoiding the Phillies outcome is also very important.

    Yeah it definitely doesn't surprise me, this kid has no maturity whatsoever. I look forward to when his antics come forward in an inter-league game and he has to face the music at the plate.
