Per Collazo’s article, the Blue Jays have $5,775,900 pool for the draft, 3rd lowest in the MLB. The #19 pick slot value is $3,359,000. Pick 91 is $647,300. They don’t have a 2nd round pick in 2021. Their international pool is set to $4,644,000.
