  1. It wasn’t really yipps, he started the season dealing with a sore shoulder and made a couple bad throws in 2020 before he moved to CF. Martin was 2019 SEC First Team All Defense as a third baseman.
  2. His arm is just fine. Had a bad week to start 2020 with Vandy. He might be a better SS than Bichette tbh. If not he’s a good 3B.
  3. Understandable but I agree with Jonn. I rather a vacuum cleaner at 1B with occasional great throw rather than a blackhole at 3B. Vladdy looks like he’s finally having fun at first too, don’t need to mess with it now.
  4. That’s a professional hit
  5. That’s reality. Bichette will continue to be SS for now, so I think Semien to 3B makes the most sense. The only position Biggio is close to fringe average is 2B.
  6. On paper: SS Semien 1B Vlad Jr 2B Biggio 3B Bichette
  7. Warm bodies preferred though, bonus if it has a pulse.
  8. Pat: “That’s an unhittable fastball to Nicky Lopez.”
  9. I prefer Grichuk after Vladdy over Rowdy
  10. TBF Bichette is not known for his glove. The defensive bar for LF is pretty low as long as Gurriel can hit. Biggio has almost no experience at 3B prior to this season.
  11. So far he’s showing more RPM and velo on that heater. About ~100 RPM (mid-2400s) and +1.1 MPG avg velo higher than last season.
  12. Mass = Gas is a motto followed by Blue Jays PD
  13. No doctor but my 10 seconds of google opinion, it’s basically a pinched nerve.
  14. Is Biggio deliberately trying to make Vlad stretch already? It’s only the first inning
  15. Still weird to see Benintendi in a royals uniform
