I have a whole bunch of guys on my list to cover, been a little busy to do a writeup for them. Hopefully have time in September to post a few of them. The more I dig into the draft, it looks like there are some promising talent up top. The college bat crop might surprise some people and really intriguing prep talent. Hopefully we’ll get a decision from the MLB about the structure of the 2021 draft order.

Let’s be real, it’s not like they have to do it deliberately. Charlie is doing an adequate job.

Quite frankly there’s no bat comparable to Torkelson, Martin or Gonzales. Not even close. Those guys put up some of the most ridiculous college numbers we’ve seen the past five years. There might be a couple popup prep bats of the Riley Green, Zac Veen variety. I think one or two college bats could reach the Alec Bohm tier, which is still tank worthy.
