  1. Those who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD are most definitely using it to feel normal though. If they are abusing it to try and have an advantage or don't have a diagnosis all together that is a different conversation but if they are playing within the rules because of a disorder they have, it's a rather mute point. Some people have an athletic gift that perhaps otherwise would go unnoticed because he's too focused on tapping his head 45 times with his baseball bat waiting to be on deck, thus coach's and teammates have a hard time connecting with him and seeing his true potential. A kid like that would not make it out of high school ball without help with his anxiety.
  2. Yea... sorry brah you shouldn't have had to play every damn game.
  3. Wow. Pillar a day off.
  4. Who cares when he was tested, he admitted he was taking it last year without permission and his results were laughable. "I apologize to my teammates, coaches, the Orioles organization and especially the fans," Davis said. "I made a mistake by taking Adderall. I had permission to use it in the past, but do not have a therapeutic-use exemption (TUE) this year. I accept my punishment and will begin serving my suspension immediately."
  5. You are overvaluing the performance of Adderall as if it will make any good player great. How did Chris Davis do last year?
  6. I'm not disagreeing, but I don't believe a drug that helps someone function within society and their daily life should be banned.
  7. So if our kids happen to be top ranked in their sport, we should just tell them to stop taking their prescription medication for their neurological disorder because some people can't come to terms they are that good?
  8. mlb.tv doesn't stream postseason games? What a bunch of bs lol
  9. This is true. GD and Atothe would be good choices. It always seems like GDT needs the most moderation so that needs to be considered.
  10. Several are worthy though I gotta go with my favourite poster, KingKat.
  11. They are coming to the dome. They shall leave with their pants around their ankles.
  12. Any update on EE? A banged up EE rarely bodes well.
  13. Today's line up didn't include Tulo, EE, Martin. For most other teams that would be their 2,3,4 line up. Others had to step up and they did. The reason we're succeeding is because 2 months ago we lose tight games and don't roll off wins like 2-1, 2-0 against Yankees or 3-1 against the Twins or two of these games against the A's at 4-2. Our BP is locked in, our starters are going deep, they are doing what they couldn't before which was holding leads when we score 4 runs or less. Scoring runs is one thing but pitching & defense wins the close games and we're doing that better than anyone of late.
  14. That's because Lester throwing to a bag is scarier than Shaq making free throws.

  16. Lowe's 11+K/9 would have been useful here.
  17. Both of you, just shut the f*** up already. You f***ing newbs are s***ing the bed over who pitched good or not in 2 f***ing innings. Who the f*** cares, no-f***ing-body. Just please stfu.

  19. They call that outer strike all the time to lefties, it's just so common it's hard to argue because it's usually consistent for all teams.
