Anyone who agrees and wants to be toxic can just leave and we'll see you next year around a late May hot streak. If they make it in this year don't come back.
Not opening the 500s near the jumbotron is just common sense from their perspective for in season. It's likely not all going to sell out anyway and people end up buying those cheapest tickets and moving to empty seats worth double their price and they'd also have to open more concession stands. Just not worth catering to them probably.
I guess I'm on the side of hating to invest a lot in BP arms, they can be so damn volatile. I think we got lucky by not having any major injuries that could have completely derailed this season, Springer aside.
Call me old school but I'm good with it. At least he didn't miss over his head, he hit his target first pitch. Great control, good command, good outing.
Even if we don't make the WC, I'm just happy we're playing meaningful baseball in the last two weeks of the season and our team has a lot to look forward to and takeaway from this year. By all accounts, this has been a successful season I think.
