    If he's back I doubt he closes and some team will give him a 1 year deal to close and in a better pitching environment than RC and the AL East.

    Even if the Royals collapse you have to hope Seattle is mediocre as well with Cleveland and New York not going on a big run either. IF the Jays can get the gap to under 3 GB by the series with the Cubs I think we will see meaningful baseball at least.

    I agree. AA said that Rogers comes up on a number based on revenue and revenue should be higher this year than last year. Attendance is down slightly but TV numbers have been way better this year. 145 sounds like a reasonable area.

    They had him on PTS today and bobcat asked him about who is getting fired and if the jays are out of it. He responds by saying anything can happen but wasn't on the show to talk about baseball and instead talked for 20 min about that stupid Rogers gamecentre.

    Borucki with 5 IP and 4Ks but is topping out at 88 MPH according to a guy on Twitter.Hes going to have to add a couple MPH if he wants to become a prospect.

    Just looked at the divison standings. The Blue Jays are only .5 game closer to Baltimore than the Padres are to the Dodgers.

    Can't fault Stroman at all and his pitch count is still pretty low.

    Stroman always seems to get such bad luck or bad defence behind him. Lots of grounballs finding holes or plays not being made.
