He's a defenceman who can't defend. I still think he has potential but it seems like he has Jared Cowen syndrome. Just out of position far too often.

Schultz should not be in that list. He is one of the worst defenceman in the NHL and one of the reasons the Oilers suck.

Goins doesn't have upside. Even if this guy's defence is below average he won't have to hit much to be better than Goins. -

The defence sounds a little concerning but as long as its passable it sounds like he can be pretty valuable with the bat. .285/.370/400 slash line seems well within reach. Sounds like he would be the perfect leadoff hitter for this offence. I'd say he would be a great #2 hitter but the groundball rate mixed with below average speed seems like it would be a recipe for double plays. -
I got him at a good value tonight for my DraftKings lineup with the sole purpose of him getting blocks.

I was expecting them to get blown out again playing on a b2b after travelling to Arizona. They have actually made it a pretty good game.

No. I wouldn't want to move Gardiner or Kadri and that 2015 1st is going to be very valuable with how good the draft class is this year. I'm not a huge Stall fan though. If you can trade Bozak a 2016 1st and something other than Gardiner that would be a pretty good deal. Edit: just looked up Stall's contract and he is a UFA in 2016. The Leafs won't be a contender until a few years anyway so I wouldn't make a trade for Stall.

The thing is Gardiner can do things that no one else can on that blueline. "Solid" usually means a guy who doesn't make many mistakes but is a "fire a puck off the glass" player. Thats the same thing as turning the puck over. Yeah Gardiner turns the puck over a lot but he also can do a lot of things with the puck no one can do.

Yeah for sure but you can say that about the last 5 mins of every sport. I think everyone knows the NBA season is way too long but no one is going to want to give up games if it means less money.

Players are complaining about how long the season is so the league will probably say they will shorten games to protect players. This would do absolutely nothing, players would still get the same mins and all it does is cut down the time of your bench players. Ticket prices will remain the exact same and the fans are the ones getting screwed here.

They have good forwards but there defence is horseshit. Justin Schultz looks to be a Jared Cowen level Dman. And that bad of a defence in the Western Conference is a recipe for disaster.
