    This article from Forbes that was published back in April provides some insight into the financials of the league, if anyone is interested. I wonder what the broadcasting deal with the Jays would be worth if Rogers didn't own the franchise.     Depends how you look at it, his value is pretty low right meow, so you could argue that selling this low would be poor asset management. He's had similar slumps in the past the all of a sudden goes on a tear. I would bet he will finish right around career norms with the stick by the end of the season.

    I wouldn't call it dirty, but a reckless play by Rizzo. The way he slid into the catcher he could of easily f***ed up his own left knee.

    I like how Atlanta has pushed two of its young kids. Allard and Soroka (Canadian boy) both started in AA this year at 19, skipping high A, and have pitched quite well. I would hope that if the plan is to indeed keep Vlad and Bo in Lansing for a full season, that the Jays would follow a similar path next year with these two studs.
