    God, I hope so. Tell the two teams that just lost out on Stanton to pony up with their best offers. Hopefully, the Cards are desperate enough to include Reyes, Kelly, and O'Neil.

    Cuban would be my first choice. He attempted to buy a team (Pirates?) a few years back. Loves spending money. Otherwise, get Terrance Pegula on the phone. He already owns the Bills/Sabres. Complete the trifecta.

    I'm just glad we're not holding onto our star(s) in the last year of his/their contract in the hope of contending when the fan base is begging for a rebuild.

    It took until page 4 until someone actually mentioned Koehler as anything more than a side note. I can't remember a player hated as much as Goins by a fan base. Maybe Hinske?

    The SP from Japan (or Korea, not 100% on which one) who played for Texas and SD before heading overseas. He's looking to return. MLB Trade Rumors had him pegged at 2 years, 5M total.

    1) Nunez (LF) and to team with Gurriel as multi-position starters when Tulo and Travis spend half the season on the DL 2) Jay to spell Teo and cover LF when Nunez needs to play 2B/SS 3) Iannetta 4) Chatwood as our #5, Mikolas as a spot starter/long reliever/depth

    A Pearce for Profar might make sense for both sides. Texas has a couple of LH bats for DH/1B with Gallo and Guzman (if he's ready). Pearce would allow them to ease Guzman in slowly or sit Gallo if there's a tough lefty pitching. Given the made of glass MI we have, the more capable reserves we can acquire, the better.

    How many years Darvish receives isn't nearly as worrisome as how many we're giving Jay Bruce? Is there any way, given this FO love affair with him in the past, he isn't misplaying balls in LF for us next season?

    Either take on bad contracts to gain assets like last year (Yelich, even if it means Prado and Volquez) and go for the WC or trade everyone who isn't going to be a part of the 2020 team.

    If the Cubs came calling, offering Ian Happ for Osuna, I would hope Shatkins doesn't heed your advice. My point is no one should be off limits. Especially if we receive an offer similar to the one Philly got for Giles.

Fulmer, C-Mart, Salazar, Rodon, Finnegan, Daniel Norris, Gausman, Jeff Hoffman, Yohander Mendez, Dylan Cease, C. Fulmer RP - Giles, Neris, Ottavino, Carl Edwards, N. Feliz my SP is lacking a top shelf guy and my bullpen blows (even for a 20 team league), but my lineup, especially once Moncada replaces Moss should be top 3

    Who cares how fast he throws or what his secondary pitches grade out at. The really important question is, where would he rank on the board's hotness list?
