That's true it was really long. But it started off really exciting in the first 1-2 innings. And then my friends and I were drinking, so we probably didn't notice the slowness of the game.
At the end of the day (and I hate that expression) I really don't think Santana is going to give us much more value over what we have unless what we have gets injured.
Did I read some people thought this game was boring? Couldn't disagree more. Though it was pretty miserable to lose the opener like this. That reversed call in the third was really the nail in the coffin. The offense hasn't looked good so far, too many of our runs are being scored by the the long-ball... I know we are a HR club, but we shouldn't depend on it entirely.
Dear GordieDougie,
In support of your case, people at my work always answer e-mails with yes/no only answers... it's just more efficient. You wouldn't do this with an external client, but with people you already know, why not?
Best regards,
Convo
I liked seeing the improved defense at 2B, LF, C, SS, 3B.
Morrow wasn't bad, he was just okay. Fans tend to be pretty polar in their opinions. I also don't think a series can be good when you allow nearly twice as many runs as you scored.
