I don't know...haven't been paying too much attn. lately and reading this Board more. The insufferable negativity and whining over EVERYTHING has died down over there some with the Jays rolling now but still its a pretty reactionary place. some good posters there still trying to maintain some perspective and balance. There is more than enough "trade Navarro, Goins and Diaz for Price" threads and comments to go around still though. -
Agree. If he does it great. White took awhile to develop but was a different type of hitter imo. I have to say it was a treat to watch Devo glide under a ball and have to say the same about Gose (and he has a f***ing cannon).

With the cost of the Reyes and MB deals along with signing CJ (and paying the RRs and Morrows of our world), there is not much chance we keep Colby and Melky. One maybe. We really need Gose to develop.

I think we need that mid season trade for an arm but it wont be cheap! We aren't the only ones hunting with the triage in the rotations in the AL EAST.

Yup, with his speed its all about D and his OBP. not concerned about his avg or OPS too much.

Thanks. Sempai is a chimp. Nasty too. no governor. Just craves attention trolling non stop. not worth even bashing. found this board more welcoming than I thought when I starting joining in a few days ago. I remember a lot of the posters here from old board when it was rolling.

thanks. yup. Me too. I hammer SEMPAI but im bored of it. Waste of time. I like talking ball. DJ isn't a arrogant pompous prick though so I don't hammer him as often.

Have been mostly reading on old Board and some posting since about 2006. Joined here last year but couldn't quite make the change at the start of this new one. Not easy to break in. Started in looking at it a few days ago and impressed with its functionality; lots of knowledgeable posters, and some good laughs. I love my Jays. Die hard. Cant really take f***tards like SEMPAI on old board and its pretty cleaned out. Too many frantic chicken little threads and a troll paradise. Some good ones still there though. Anyway...just wanted to say I'm enjoying this Board and the Jays are crushin' it!

Gose is a starter. On D ++ ability and on O he will learn to get all the OBP he needs with drags, hits and BBs cutting down his swing a bit as he matures. His swing is llllllllooooooonnnngggggggggg now but some signs of improvement. He can track em down...he is cheap and he is fast = Sold!

Working and missed the game. Caught the highlights and loved the sluggers beating the shift RBIs. DOMCO. these guys are lethal. We still need an another arm but our O and D are plenty.

Absolutely, the boys need to show a little killer instinct and repay the Bosox for many a recent drubbing. Tough mound match up. May 22nd and a virtual tie for 1st place. Reminds me how much 2013 sucked.

CJ is doing this without getting that slow breaking ball over he loves to drop in yet. He still isn't as sharp as he usually is. He got away with a hanger tonight to Victorino. Love CJ - he battles and throws nasty strikes on the paint. Love having him back. I don't get that bile rising feeling when we get up on someone late when a certain other closer was being handed the ball.

Jays had CB on the ropes hard in his last start against them at Rogers Center and they let him off. Lets hope tonight they can keep up some momentum on 0 from last night and Drew brings that live FB he had last start.

Well just as I thought...the GMs have now conspired just as the media did to destroy a brilliant defensive player with an outstanding offensive track record and unlimited upside potential. This is a sheer travesty of justice and an outrage.
