    lol...was tongue in cheek for sure. I always think/thought Saunders was over rated and injury prone but the poor guy hit a new unlucky low this year.

    We seem to run and bunt into enough silly outs that Im fine to go with the success probability of Revere's wheels even if it costs us an out or two.

    Speaking of ADD and guys who don't seem to be enhanced by substance (that have previously used them) how did Nelson Cruz become such a beast....even in SEA? At 35 the guy is supposedly clean now. When he was with Texas I never saw the upside in him at all. His last 2 seasons have been an incredible story.

    Honestly I don't know. As a guy in AA 13+ years I shouldn't poke fun but he sure speaks as if he is shitfaced too often.

    You worry too much man. Its a crazy game. Lots can happen. Injuries. Edwin goes on monumental tear....so many things. If we stay reasonably healthy and execute and get a bit of luck we will win the division...the math will take care of itself.

    Part of it is his content - but that coupled with a drawl and the fact that on TV he doesn't stop to breathe gives his voice an southern emphysema-ish derp-like sound.

    That's a fair point. I think Joe Madden only made it to A ball but he seems to know the game ok.

    Agree on Ashby and Siddall. For whatever reasons their commentary seems measured and thoughtful. Not a bunch of hollow platitudes and empty derp to fill air time.
