So much for Angrioters thread objective of obtaining world peace on this Board. Go Jays Go! On a flight to Vancouver for most of this game. It just sucks to miss a Price start.

Don't get this. Its not like this doesn't happen in almost every MLB city in any almost any sport when teams win. When I was in Anaheim last week a bunch of scalpers approached me to sell me tickets for Friday night. I said "they must be going fast with Price on the bump". One guys response was: "LAA fans are too stupid to know the pitchers so it doesn't matter". Casual fans are the vast majority of the fan base. They chase winners and so does the corporate money for entertaining clients. I just hope some of them stick around to become better more educated, loyal baseball fans based on the excitement Jays generated for this great game. Its good for the Jays and good for baseball to have the stands packed.

Stro- SP lock but don't really know yet if he is front end. Small sample size. RA - option pick up? Hutch - SP Mark B - QO Estrada - QO? Sanchez - Still concerns about him as SP Osuna - Pen or SP? Price is gone most likely. There are a lot of variables. Who and how they target as FA may depend on the potential sneak preview we get with Stro 2015. If we can win this year, our chances to sign FAs improve with the offensive nucleus we have coming back in 2016.

He had everything working with his stuff. One pitch set up the other and got the chasing. When Stro was going well last year he was using that pitch to LHH. The liner to 2B in the 3rd was a hit in my books anyway. I think giving an E on that was wrong. Tough chance on do or die plays. Doesn't change the brilliance of the overall performance.

All great pitching performance require inducing hitters to swing at a lot of balls. That down and in hard slider to LHH was incredible.

Could care less about 100 wins. Just want enough to win the division. Would consider it icing if we could get enough better to get a little rest for our regulars. Lots of ball left against teams we need to beat to get the Div.

That's pretty special. He got fooled on a change yesterday and still got enough of it to get it out. I started a thread a couple months ago asking if the best was yet to come for Edwin in 2015 and there was lots of spec he was regressing permanently then too. Tulo is not making contact on more swings than I thought he would....but I expect him to get hot. Its not permanent regression imo.
