    I'm trying to focus on that 4 game series we had this year against CLE when we lost the 1st two to abject despair, and then bounced back to even it 2-2. We have to get up on them. Hard to count on much against Miller.

    Whiffs on a breaking ball and then takes a hittable FB to K. f*** the QO for him. He has been virtually unwatchable since the AS game.

    Based on the numbers Martin had a horrible start and then sustained a period where his wRC+ was elite. He has been bad again for weeks. Looks to me like he is pulling off good pitches he needs to hit fair, and its been a long time since we have seen him let the ball travel and drive the ball to RCF. He looks like he is trying to yank everything and rolling over on ball after ball. Id like to see him hitting 7th or 8th, and if he gets it going then great. Tulo needs to move up and protect Jose.

    Thank God they don't have Salazar and Carrasco following Kluber. We are going to see lots of Kluber. Going to have to cash in off him to win this because they are going to work Miller hard.

    Still in this. Frustrating game. Martin has been very bad for weeks now. His swing looks awful.

    ^this. These are the facts. RBIs is not what I want to see this FO pay for. I'm confident this FO would do a reasonable deal based on a defensible valuation matrix and the market. The last thing they should do is get caught up in the emotion of the wild card gm and our playoff run, even if the fans are (including myself).
