I wonder what Conte will say about this. I remember him saying a while ago on the JRE, how MLB only is allowed to test like 30% of players, and it surprisingly only tests like >5% of players each year. And you're only allowed to be tested twice in a calender year, and one of those tests is always during the beginning of ST. And most just juice to the gills after their second test or and before the ST test.
