Cant go this year but I've been to Jays games in Seattle many times. Your best bet is to check out the two hostels in the area. But they are probably booked.
Hotels arent cheap in Seattle. If you want to enjoy the night life I recommend getting a hotel downtown not where the stadiums are. The stadiums are in an area called "SODO" which stands for south of downtown. There are only a dozen or so pubs and restaurants close to Safeco.
Cabs are pretty cheap in Seattle too.
Exactly. At the time we all thought we were recieving:
- A Cy Young Candidate (Josh Johnson)
- A superstar SS (Reyes)
- a Reliable #3 (Buherle)
- a versatile utility man (Bonafacio)
And we got them without giving up our top 3 prospects at the time (Sanchez, Thor and TDA).
I think everyone thought we got a great deal at the time.
If AA fails to fix the rotation and bullpen in the next coming months, his year will be more defined on the acquisitions he didn't make then the ones he made (Donaldson, Martin, Estrada, Collabello, Smoak), etc..
Above guys such as Michael Brantley and Starling Marte.
I think this whole board would have thrilled to get a 1.5 WAR from our centre fielder for the whole season going into spring training.
Hey guys, I need your opinion on a trade in one of my leagues.
I traded Cole and Liraino for Stanton and Gio Gonzalez yesterday. Someone today is offering me Springer and Keuchel for Stanton. I have to do this trade right?
It is an 11 team money Rotisserie redraft league. I am first place. These are the categories and my rankings in them:

This is my roster (I made a lot of trades and ripped off a couple guys who don’t know much about baseball):

Fantasy baseball question.. I traded Cole and Liraino for Stanton and Gio Gonzalez yesterday. Someone today is offering me Springer and Keuchel for Stanton. I have to do this trade right?
Why do you guys think Sanchez doesn't generate more swing and misses?
I mean he has a fastball with a lot of moment and a natural sink. Also his curveball is pretty deadly. His "stuff" says he should generate at least a decent amount of swings and misses. The results say otherwise though.
Are they aware that the celebration isn't referencing stirring the pot but instead is referencing whipping crack in the kitchen?
The song they took the celebration from talks about the "flick of the wrist" when someone is whipping crack.
Kind of funny.
