It's interesting Gibby is so afraid of CC, he had a horrible start last time and so far looks like a shell of his former self.

Who do you guys think will play SS and 2B today? They have a lefty pitcher but at the same time all their lineup is full with lefties so you need good defense from 2B.

Me and probably everyone else here were hoping he does well. Truth is, he can't field for s***, especially at Rogers Center. He's very athletic and can sometime hit the ball but you just can't have him in a premium position.

Amazing that AA doesn't have any money. The team doesn't lose much money if at all, doesn't seem like they need to cover much. Specially if you consider that Rogers is worth 20 billion. -
I really think they put Jeffress there so he could fail and they will sneak him through waivers.

I thought it was funny at the end of the game when they interviewed Buehrle and asked him about what he did today. He was like, the catcher deals with the pitching coach and the scouting report, i don't usually get involved with that.

Problem is, he doesn't seem to have anything other than that slider which gets him into trouble often. If i recall right, he tried to close in 2012 and pressure got to him and he got hurt.

Moore has similar splits for RvL. The main difference is that he walks righties a lot more than lefties. Other than that it's fairly similar.

That's true but he also struck out a lot more than usual in spring training. At the same time, Buck said EE had a weak April last year too, maybe he's a slow starter.
