He was alright but we had plenty of people who were alright. Besides, i don't think he could make Rogers center his home while it might work out for him with the A's.
I am upset about Yan Gomes though because he was alright and shipped for almost nothing after half a season of not being played or being played everywhere on the field.
He had 2 last year and 10 in 2012. My At Bat app says 7 for 15, not sure where it came from.
There was also 1 BB and 1 HBP but i still can't get to 15.
I wouldn't be surprised if they rest Rasmus and let Sierra in instead. Rasmus is 1 for 14 against Hughes (1 HR, 2 RBI) while Sierra is 7 for 15 with 1 HR and 5 RBI.
There was the time when it skipped off his glove and Buehrle couldn't get a complete game. Other than that i don't recall anything and i've been watching everything.
Goins and the bunch are here to stay, no doubt about it. Even when Reyes comes back I'm not sure AA will drop one of them.
Besides, now that AA sees the value of limited offense but winning games on pitching/defense alone, he's not going to risk it.
I noticed yesterday that Navaro wasn't doing a good job at framing the the pitches at the bottom of the strike zone. He has a tendency to drop his arm when he receives the ball so pitches at the bottom were called balls for Hutch while they were called strikes for Norris.
Goins had a .500 day so can't say bad things about him.
But anyway, that was a nice play, if you look at it in slow motion, i have no idea how he doesn't break his leg or something of that sort.
