We're about middle of the pack by ERA and FIP, 7th by xFIP, they get lots of strikeouts (3rd in the majors in K/9) and don't give up a lot of walks (8th in BB/9). I think sometimes the criticism is warranted when a guy goes wild and it hurts us, but a lot of times they give up leads as a result of pitching a lot of innings due to our legitimately lackluster starting rotation. Bullpens are usually very volatile, so for the pieces that we've built ours with I'm not discontent.
