What else do you want him to do? He struck out the first hitter, then gave up three consecutive singles, two of which were groundballs, I fail to see how that is his fault.
Who cares? He won't give up three homers every time, not even close, that's what the predictive stats are trying to tell you. I'm much happier about his fantastic K/BB ratio and the induced swinging strikes than I am worried that he gave up a few homers.
