But if they're trading Tulo they're expecting young high upside players with control. It would be egregious for the Rockies to trade Tulo for someone like Wainwright or Garcia. -
Yeah, but pitchers are at a much higher risk since their job involves doing unnatural things with your arm in order to throw projectiles at high velocities. Specially guys like Sale who seems like a miracle that he hasn't completely shredded his elbow yet.
