  1. I don't know who this is but he can't possibly be as big a bust.
  2. LeGM traded everyone from the Kyrie deal away lmao. The Cavs shook things up big time.
  3. It's just great how he increased his homerun output by almost 20 more while keeping his walk and strikeout rates identical.
  4. We've destroyed the Cavs and Celtics on home soil now, I feel that is very much making a statement. I'm honestly still more worried about LeBron in the playoffs than I am of Boston, I think we could beat both and hopefully do so, but when LBJ goes into god mode and the Cavs make a few of their shots there's not a whole lot many teams can do to counter that.
  5. I'm biased of course but I think the Raps are blowing the Celtics out of the water. I don't think the Celtics are being necessarily sloppy, the Raps have just been amazing.
  6. It's far from over but yeah that was as good as it gets. The second unit was brilliant once again.
  7. Bo getting a 50 hit tool and 70 raw power seems uh...interesting. I wonder if they accidentally reported those switched up, you'd think the guy with the career ~.380 batting average as a professional would have a much higher hit tool.
  8. Who the f*** is Arquimedes Gamboa? That's a terrible list, lmao @ Gohara 62. Edit: Ranked 28th on Phillies' top prospect list by fangraphs. Generic young and toolsy SS prospect from Venezuela. This is a top 100 prospect, really?
  9. What a game.
  10. The kickers are choking so hard.
  11. Two missed kicks lmao.
  12. Heh, J.A. Happ is presented by Rogers. Dave Rogers
  13. Well Lowry carried us in the 4th but missed two crucial free throws, terrible way to lose.
  14. Man Kyle Lowry is good.
  15. I just saw this. He was taking AWFUL shots lol, I was getting so pissed when he banked in two heavily contested fadeaway jumpers, talk about getting lucky.
  16. Certainly helps that he got a massive bonus when he was signed and he can afford to take things slowly. Good for him, sucks to struggle and be labeled a bust but he has a degree from a top school and millions of dollars to show for it.
  17. In the Yankees' case they could definitely use Darvish, they don't have a lot of depth. Severino is great, Tanaka and Gray are solid but both have question marks/red flags and then there's not much behind them, although of course their bullpen is ridiculous. The Dodgers really don't need Darvish, they have all kinds of pitching depth, but much like the Astros if they can improve one of their starters to one of Darvish's level and use the others as trade bait they'll do so, and they actually have the money to afford it.
  18. I wouldn't trade him for Vlad either but you could make a strong case moving him for Bo would be sensible. It's still not just Honeywell though, the Rays are pretty stacked.
  19. Uh, okay so that just means he's just that much closer lol. Doesn't take away his prospect status. He's probably only second to Ohtani in MLB ready prospect status, and it could be argued that he has an edge due to the culture change stuff.
  20. A lot of it is also proximity. A bunch of the Rays' top guys are at AA or AAA, while Bo and Vlad are 19 and 18 respectively having played their highest level at A+.
  21. Impressive transition for the Angels. Obviously signing Ohtani and Maitan helped a lot, but the emergence of Adell, Jahmai Jones and Brandon Marsh really helped solidify their position.
  22. To GD: Yasmani Grandal MiLB 38 To me: Anthony Alford Bryan Mata MiLB 71
  23. Fyi, GD has Albert Almora on both his MiLB and MLB rosters. I believe he should only be in the latter.
  24. Or he could reinjure his knee again and play 300-400 PA of average production as a 34 year old. Which is fine, but hard to buy into.
  25. Damnit you're right. It's from here https://padres.mlblogs.com/padres-on-deck-top-prospects-gore-baez-continue-excellent-pitching-runs-eb6a357bcaf2
