We played much better to close out the second quarter, need to keep that going into the second half. This game is definitely within reach.

He has a 104 wRC+ over those 10 games, striking out 31% of the time and only walking 9%, with a .050 ISO. He's still been terrible, and he's no longer young enough to excuse such poor play.

Because Kansas City has all the leverage. Even if they only view him as a C prospect they could be asking for a B prospect or higher in return. The Jays stole an asset from them, they're not going to play fair for the Jays to outright keep him. -
