  1. Woooooooo we f***ing won on the road! This was HUGE. Time to step on their throats at home, what a f***ing effort!
  2. I agree but I think they preferred drawing up a play and giving the ball to Kawhi.
  3. Lol Lowry got mauled and for once the missed call helped us!
  4. That absolutely hit the rim, another missed call.
  5. We had our run, they had theirs. Let's go right back at 'em out of the timeout.
  6. They just keep one-upping each other on every call.
  7. This is some serious superstar s***.
  8. Dude what the f***.
  9. It is impossible to guard someone who elbows you in the face as he's driving and you get called for the foul.
  10. VanVleet is steady Freddy again.
  11. I like how Giannis is just allowed to run people over.
  12. Because Kansas City has all the leverage. Even if they only view him as a C prospect they could be asking for a B prospect or higher in return. The Jays stole an asset from them, they're not going to play fair for the Jays to outright keep him.
  13. Gasol literally took an elbow to the face on a super illegal screen and there wasn't a call lmao.
  14. Fred VanVleet is alive and he's giving us life!
  15. Drury really starting to find his pull power. He's hit a bunch of doubles and deep flyballs to the LF warning track over the last few games.
  16. Impressive work from Luciano to get out of that inning with minimal damage after the hits.

  18. Guys I love the enthusiasm but I'd just like to point out that it's "cuadrangular" with a 'c'.
  19. Lol what? The high fastball is one of the most used pitches in baseball, it's good for pop ups and swings and misses. There's absolutely no way you're eliminating that pitch from your mind in that scenario. Hitting is not as easy as you're making it out to be, you can be looking for someone down at the knees and get thrown an enticing fastball up or a changeup outside to disrupt your timing. If Galvis was looking for a pitch inside he got a bunch of sliders that look just like it for 50% of the path home before it crashes down to his feet.
  20. I assume you have LetTheBallFly on ignore?
  21. Yeah that's a ball, but it's too close to take.
  22. With a 5 man infield you have to focus on elevating the ball as simply making contact won't necessarily end the game. Hitting in the MLB is really hard.
  23. I mean yes, obviously he should have made contact but the pressure of the situation combined with good pitching throws any kind of game plan that you have out the window. Also with a 5 man infield he really had to focus on driving the ball and not just putting the bat on the ball for a weak dribbler. I didn't see anyone berating Mookie Betts for striking out against Tim Mayza yesterday with the bases loaded and 1 out. Good pitching prevailed then, and it did on Galvis' AB.
  24. He got thrown a bunch of good sliders, it wasn't a good AB but it's not like Walden was bouncing pitches three feet in front of him. Sometimes you're allowed to give the opposition some credit. The slider on the strikeout pitch in particular was nasty, started out around the bottom of the zone and had a ton of depth to it.
