Lol what? The high fastball is one of the most used pitches in baseball, it's good for pop ups and swings and misses. There's absolutely no way you're eliminating that pitch from your mind in that scenario. Hitting is not as easy as you're making it out to be, you can be looking for someone down at the knees and get thrown an enticing fastball up or a changeup outside to disrupt your timing. If Galvis was looking for a pitch inside he got a bunch of sliders that look just like it for 50% of the path home before it crashes down to his feet.
