It’s not about the play, it’s about the circumstances of it. Mariners were gifted the game on a silver platter and they totally blew it. Montero nearly walked a free out on 4 pitches and then he got out of the inning unscathed. Crazy.

I mean that was objectively an incredible end to the inning in what’s been a very exciting game.

The Mariners do not deserve to advance when they couldn’t even move the runners over when being gifted first and second no outs. Pathetic display.
