    I don't hate that lineup. Were it me, I'd probably flip Morales and Grichuk and Pillar and Diaz, but it's not bad.

    I do like Teoscar a lot, but I think you're selling Grichuk short. He's going to be one of the top bats on the team this year.

    Latest is (I believe) not the opening day starter, but possible for the opening series. The sense I'm getting is that he'll be healthy for opening day, but his throw days won't line up with it.

    At this point I think the ideal outfield is Teoscar, Pillar, Grichuk. I know that's not how it's going to play out with Pearce and Granderson in the mix, but that seems like the best combination of current production and upside. Not a terrible problem to have, regardless.

    Why did you make me read this? Fair warning to anyone who may click on this link, it implies that "Quality Starts" is somehow a new-fangled stat, that Eric Hosmer is a "superstar", it is REALLY REALLY enamoured with RBIs. It actually uses the phrase "hit accurately", 'cause y'know, aim those line drives, amirite? I mean, if you want to hate-read, this is good, but damn.
