    IMO they don't need to go out and get a guy like Shark or Price. Go and get a guy who can give you solid innings (MB type). With the offence that this team has if you can get a guy that can give you 7 innings of 3 run baseball that is more than enough.

    NO. He came and did some private workouts with the Jays before retiring. His stuff was in the 80's and not sharp and that is why he decided to retire.

    Gibby was always a platooning type manager. His first stint with the jays he platooned Cat/Johnson and got amazing results. If i can say one thing about him he does not prescribe to a 1 man one spot lineup.
