I'd have to agree. This division has parity but it's likely that at least one team forges ahead and gets at least into the low 90s. 86 wins might get second in the division though, and it might put you in the wildcard race close to the end.
That's certainly one way to go. If it was up to me I'd just say that pitchers don't really win and lose games, teams do, and as such they're a team stat, and just leave it at that.
And it just went on and on, too. I think pitchers win-loss record is the dumbest thing invented. I think most people see that now but then occasionally you see this kind of thing still pop up.
I certainly have never seen anything like this. This would be terrible pitching even in the steroid era.
It's such a shame because the Jays lead MLB in runs scored; they're like 20 runs ahead of #2.
People seem to have embraced 'we the north' but it always sounded weird to me, like there's a word or two missing. We the north...what? We are the north? Slogans aren't necessarily supposed to be grammatical but it sounds truncated.
