    That kinda sucks. I was curious if there were any worse teams with draft picks in the 2nd round then the Blue Jays. So far I only found the Yankees, their last player drafted in the 2nd round to produce more then 1WAR was back in 1984.

    How could they not get a shot on net the whole 3rd period plus overtime! I'm pretty sure you stick 5 of us on the ice and we'd atleast get a shot on net.

    I think he was crazy to turn that down. He'll be able to get a multi year contract on the open market but it won't reach 14Mil annually.

    No point in trying to explain to him about how Lind is an above average hitter at a below average price. He has it out for him. I think Lind must have f***ed his sister or mother or even MohYou himself, and never called him back.

    Walks are walks in the majors. The minors are a different story. He's working on his curveball command. In a count with 3 balls he could throw a fastball or changeup and get it over the plate. But the org wants him to work on his curveball command. So he throws his curveball, and sometimes it gets over and other times its ball 4.

    Ya, that was an ugly walk rate. But something wasn't right with him from the beginning on the season. I figure he'll be closer to his 2012 rate.

    Sorry for bringing it up.. And I agree, he could be done, but he could also come back averaging 90 on the gun in the spring. Halladay was always one of the hardest workers, and he's smart with knowing how to pitch. It's a great buy low, someone will take the low risk with a chance at high reward. I just wish we were one of the teams that took a chance on these types of signings, when was the last time we tried it? Bartolo Colon was s*** for 5 straight years and has came back. Maybe Halladay should look into those plasma injections..
