I ran some tests with this one and compared them with this one http://www.draftpicklottery.com/lottery.php The orders draftlotto.com spit out were pretty f***ed up compared to draftpicklottery.com. The worst odds won the 1st pick two times out of five tries. The highest the best odds got was 6th or 3rd. It seemed like they didn't even take into account the number of balls and it just did it's own thing.
