Didn't say it was safe. They should have probably shut him down sooner. I think he'll be fine moving forward though. He's been strengthening it this offseason.
That would actually be a shame for Trout. I shouldn't of said that. It terrible losing top talents like that in the game.
And I'm not concerned about C-marts shoulder. Never had problems before the end of this year. And it was probably just fatigue at that. He went from 100 innings in 2014 to 180 in 2015, the Cards probably just wanted to shut him down anyway.
