    Instead of rostering players like Kelly you should trade for Elieser Hernandez, 1.07 era in AAA, the PCL league at that! Just called up, now's your chance to get in on the ground floor. He'll probably play unbelievable just so he doesn't have to return to a team named Baby Cakes.

    Again, pretty sure we've never gave penalties for a faulty pick up. Player just gets dropped. This isnt the LOD. I believe the only time someone was hit with a penalty was when an owned prospect was picked up and accrued stats.

    Unowned prospects that did not hit AA or higher in the previous year cannot be added to MLB rosters on Yahoo, even if they hit AA, unless they are called up to the big leagues. If such players are called up in real life, then they can be added in Yahoo as soon as their MLB parent club adds them to their 25 man roster - That's what the first post says. Doesn't say anything about the rule 5 draft. Pretty sure this has been the way the league has always operated?
