    Batting him 9th again, cuz he's a defensive catcher. Duh! Of course, you have to bat him behind Espinal, Chapman, Gurriel and Kirk

    If you pull a report on all hitters from July 1st last year to today, with 100 minimum plate appearances and then sort by OPS, the best hitters in baseball over that time were: 10) Aaron Judge 9) Rhys Hoskins 8) CJ Cron 7) Brandon Belt 6) Paul Goldschmidt 5) Juan Soto 4) Mike Trout 3) Bryce Harper 2) Taylor Ward 1) Danny Jansen (also first in wOBA) It's not just a small sample size anymore. He had an absolutely atrocious start to the season last year, and an amazing finish. He picked up where he left off from last year. So, can Blue Jays management, please do the following: 1) Stop batting him 8th. This is a heart of the order bat. Somewhere between 3-5 would be great. 2) He needs the Salvador Perez treatment. When he's not catching, he should be the DH. Batting four times a day isn't that exhausting. I'm sure he can handle the workload. 3) Lock him up. He is our catcher of the present and future. Trade off Moreno for a position that we actually need.

    Guys have abused their girlfriends/wives much worse than Bauer and received far less penalties. The difference is that Bauer's weird kinky sex got exposed, and everyone just thinks he's a weird creep now. Hard to imagine him getting a shot with a team in two years time.

    Looks about right. Robert probably isn't top 10 in an OBP league, and he doesn't really have the history to be in the top 10 in my opinion.

    Just wish Jays would find a way to get his bat into the lineup everyday, like Salvador. We don't really need to shuffle things around to accommodate Tapia to justify the extremely s***** decision some exec made.

    So, this is why I'm kind of high on Jansen. wOBA leaders since Aug 1 - minimum 60 AB.

    Jansen should really be the DH when he isn't catching. There's really no reason to find ways to put Tapia or Biggio or Espinal or Zimmer in, over Danny.

    I think Espinal is gonna replace Biggio by the end of the month.

    Ok, deal is done Saskatchewan 54s receive: Logan Webb Omar Narvaez 4th round pick Greenwood receives Luis Garcia (WAS) Elieser Hernandez Danny Jansen Josiah Gray 2nd round pick Still don't think I did as well as that Berrios deal, but this was just a good fit for me, because I'm high on Jansen and Garcia anyways. Appreciate all the quality offers i received. Thanks guys.

I'm still kind of pissed off that we couldn't get Manaea. Would be so much more confident if we had him instead of Kikuchi, and we'd have another $36 million to fill in some other gaps.
